WEEKEND WORKSHOPS

Saturday and Sunday 10am – 4.00 pm

No experience is needed to be creative and enjoy Nina’s weekend workshops. Beginners and those with more experience are encouraged to use the space to be creative through a range of techniques including handbuilding and throwing. There is a maximum of eight people, allowing plenty of opportunity for individual attention and time to practice using a potters wheel.

For participants who wish to fire and glaze what they’ve made, Nina is happy for you to arrange a time to do this at a later date. There is a small extra charge for this.

Cost - £140 (this includes 5lbs of clay and tea/coffee throughout the day). Please bring your own lunch or there are several cafes nearby.

The maximum number in each group is eight which enables Nina to meet individual needs. She provides demonstrations of throwing, sculpture, handbuilding and glazing. There are four wheels which enables everyone to develop expertise in throwing. If you miss the start date, as long as there is space, Nina will make you welcome and provide individual attention.
